1. Overview
Pyek AI is a service of Pyek Financial, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information on pyekai.com and during engagements with our clients. By using our website or services, you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit a contact form, schedule a call, or subscribe to our insights, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically name, work email, company, and message content.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect limited technical information automatically, including IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and approximate location derived from IP. We use this to operate and improve the site.
Information from cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site. Google Analytics sets analytics cookies that collect data in aggregate, including pages visited, time on site, traffic sources, and general location derived from IP address. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule calls
- To provide and improve our services
- To send occasional insights content if you subscribe (easy unsubscribe included)
- To protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information to train AI models shared with other clients. We do not share your information with advertisers.
4. Client engagement data
During active engagements, we access client business data as necessary to deliver services. That data remains the client's property. It is held under confidentiality obligations, used only for the purposes of the engagement, and managed upon termination according to the terms of the applicable client engagement agreement.
Engagement data is not used to train shared models. Agents and configurations developed for one client are not reused for another unless anonymized to generic patterns with no identifying information.
5. Data sharing
We share information only with:
- Service providers operating infrastructure on our behalf (cloud hosting, email, CRM), under confidentiality obligations
- Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or court order
- Any successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets
6. Security
We maintain reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Client engagement environments use enterprise-grade security controls including access logging, encryption, and isolation between clients.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information we hold about you, and to restrict or object to certain processing.
8. Retention
We retain information according to the terms of the applicable client engagement agreement, and as required by any legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
